Are you waiting at a busstop for your bus? Use this app to find the delay of that bus. It already works in the majority of the Netherlands, it only lacks coverage of the Stadsregio Arnhem Nijmegen, Twente, Hoekse Waard, Drechtsteden and the concessionarea "Voorne-Putten en Rozenburg"
Why not the whole Netherlands?
At this moment transit information is only available to the transit agencies themselves and their enterprise Reisinformatiegroep BV (9292.nl), which is not making the data available to 3rd party developers. It is expected that on the first of January 2013 the NDOV will commence supplying every developer with real-time transit information. For more information check http://loket.opengeo.nl
How does this app know when my bus will arrive?
Almost every regular bus in the Netherlands transmits a message with the current position and punctuality. This information is used to calculate the delay for the next few stops.
The data from this app is provided by the API (KV7turbo) of openov.nl, an initiative for the public provision of public transport information, freely accessible to everyone.
OpenOV acquires the dynamic data of GOVI, who receives public transport data from operators to use it in dynamic travel information systems such as the electronic bus signs.

Darkgreen means the bus is currently driving and is on schedule

White means that there is no real-time information available on this bus.

It is strange but a couple of times the delays shown by this app didn't correspond with reality, at all. The display at the bus stop in Amstelveen was showing different information which was correct.

I would like to know why the new permission 'read google service configuration' is required. I don't see a relationship between the new functionslity that's added since the previous version and this new permission. Aside from this I think it's a very nice

I want to be able to add a small widget that says for 1 stop and 1 specific line to 1 specific direction, the current next times. Or let me be able to filter on specific lines and directions on the "Stop" page. Other than that: awesome.

Deze beta app werkt al zó goed, dat dat heel wat belooft voor de tzt uitontwikkelde versie. Naar de ontwikkelaar gestuurde user requests (Mei 2012 en Maart 2013) werden beide snel en professioneel beantwoord. Uit de reacties blijkt dat er een vakman acht
