On January 25, 1960 the first home-style meals were prepared in our kitchen and served in the dining room. We still carry this same tradition forward to this day, cooking with pride and utilizing the freshest ingredients in our meals. Even our dessert specials are created in our own kitchen from pure & basic ingredients. Cavis Grill has been recognized by several different publications over the years for our breakfast omelets, hamburgers, chili, hand-dipped malted milks and more. What we are most proud of is your patronage and continued support of this establishment, be it 1960 or 2011.
