Douglas Peebles works out of a studio in Kaneohe, Oahu. He has been photographing Hawaii and the South Pacific for over 25 years. His distinctive images appear regularly in magazines, ads, annual reports, and other publications. He maintains a large stock file of Hawaii and South Pacific images.
Douglas Peebles has done 50 photo books on Hawaii including the garden books " Pua Nani, Hawaii is a Garden", " Pocket Guide to Hawaiian Flowers" Capturing Hawaii, Flowers" and "Majesty, The Exceptional Trees of Hawaii"
He has also photgraphed"From the Skies Of Paradise" a series of five aerial photo books of the islands "Hawaii", "Kauai", "Maui". "Oahu" and "Island of Hawaii" and another series of five books with panoramic images of the same islands.
