Sorry attempt at a Smart Phone app. I expected much more from Hawaiian Airlines. This app is absolutely worthless.

Tried using it twice this weekend - embarrasing. Major complaints: App is slow to load/update info. The check in part is ok, but it doesn't allow you to save or recall the boarding pass so you can get to it quickly as you're approaching TSA. Exits page w

the app doesn't remember my login, so I have to sign in each time I start the app. most of the functionality doesn't work, trying any of the buttons pushes you back to the home screen.

After waiting forever and not being able to get a standby flight, I go to buy a ticket. The app, however, keeps jumping around, making it so I can't even write down a confirmation number. Then it's supposed to save my boarding pass - but doesn't. I end

Took forever to check in. Then it would let me save the boarding pass. Return flight it wouldn't even let me check in. What a waste of time.

What a waste of time. Doesn't do anything it claims, most of the functionality is broken, and continuously logs you out, probably in an attempt to hide the fact that it is useless as long as possible.

Though it was irritating trying to check in with the app when in Sydney. I could not check in using their own app from that location.... That seemed dumb.
