Paid money to get the program guide but everytime I close the app it looses the program guide. Have to disconnect from my TV and reconnect everytime I use it do I can get the program guide back. Would not recommend paying money for this festure, horrible.

I use this primarily for the program guide add-on, although the TV controls are handy too. There was a period after a recent upgrade when the servers weren't working, but that seems to have been fixed now. UPDATE: another update and now, the guide appears, but now the button to "switch to channel " has disappeared from the popup when you select a program so you have to use the TV remote to se

I love the interactive guide and tv remote control functions! Even lets you rewind, fast forward, or pause in-room rented movies! Pretty great!

Great app to have when the hotel has it available but it tends to force close way too much. Also, for the last week, it has been losing its association with my room every day, requiring me to enter a new code everyday. Running the app on Sprint HTC One M7, Android 4.4.2 and Sense 6.0.

I'm staying at the Venician Hotel in Las Vegas. The program guide isn't even close to accurate. The program guide is one of only a few functions that this app has... I mean, come on.

I really liked this app since I'm in hotels for work all the time. I purchased the guide, but didn't bother registering since I only had one device I wanted to use the guide with. I recently replaced my phone with a newer model. After downloading the app again the program guide wasn't there. I didn't think much of it and went to purchase the 99 cent feature again. Anyone complaining about 99 cents a year to actually see what's on TV, the ability to ignore hotel system, and faster channel changing probably can't afford the hotel anyway or are incapable of smartphone operation. Whiners. Free for channel changing, remote, power/volume and pay per view/hotel services. I thought the program guide was a great deal as I travel often. I hate hotel remotes so this a
