Program Instals, lets you choose a state and that's it. After that, keeps says check network connection for everything, even their web site is inaccesible. 4g works perfect, 3 different wireless connections work perfect...so not a phone/internet problem

Full detail on mx tracks by states, we just moved & only knew of one track! But with this app I found 5more that is less than 100 miles away :-)
