Why does a state park guide now need the ability to read contact information, send SMS, and make phone calls? I didn't mind the slow response time but the new permissions are asking too much. Too invasive, uninstalling.

Took a few minutes to start, and once it did, I could search near me, or search by features but not both. Also, why does it need so many permissions?

My tf700 has upgrades including Jelly Bean. Play Store says my device is not compatible. My SGS3, also Jelly Bean, works fine. What's that about?
