The Road to Hana is all about the journey and adventure to get to Hana and it is recommended to continue past Hana as far as Kipahulu and the Seven Sacred Pools. The road has 620 curves and 59 bridges, 46 of which are single lane along its 68 mile length. The road hugs between the rocky coastline as it weaves in and around ravines and gulches on the side of Haleakala.
