Want to report a pothole, broken traffic signal, or graffiti while on the go? The Houston
311 app makes reporting issues like these easier than ever. The app uses GPS to identify
your location and also allows you to snap a photo to add to your service request.
Reports are automatically sent to the City’s 311 system and routed to city departments
for resolution.

    If submitting in confidence why do we have to be logged in..?? Also, why force people to register if they done want to show who they are why force it.? The county app is completely confidential..??

    I've seen results within a couple of days using this app. Once for a clogged rain drain and another for a huge pot hole.

    Next to Small Call PRO (also developed in Houston!) this is my favorite app! I just hope I don't have to use it much! :-)
