Recently changed in this version

Google Places search was removed by request from Google company. Maverick can't use it without displaying Google Maps, which were removed previously because Google doesn't allow map tiles caching.

Version 2.6:
New tiles downloader. You can "paint" areas to download with one finger or select a rectangle block using multi-touch.

If you like walking, this app is a must. Well worth it, to the point of being a necessity. Access to ordnance survey maps is a huge bonus.

Can not find method to name waypoints so they seem to all be waypoint 4, 5, 6 though good coordinate location. Good maps but can not print a back up paper copy.
