The Pasadena Citizen Service Center Android app is designed to provide residents, businesses, and visitors with access to Pasadena City Hall, 24-hours a day, 7 days a week. So next time you spot graffiti in your neighborhood, hit a pothole on your way to work, or notice an abandoned shopping cart on your street just use the Citizen Service Center to report it. Simply open the CSC app, select an issue, and tap submit. You can even include a picture if you like and your issue will be automatically routed to the appropriate department for investigation. You can also check back periodically to track the status of your requests.

Should only be prompted for GPS when it's actually required.

Thank you so much for this app, it very helpful and detailed, the only problem is that once I move my location manually it doesnt refresh (goes back to the location Im at). other than that great job...

I find this helpful, for street light out and abandoned shipping carts etc. I like the address locator and ease of including a photo.

I'd like to use this app, but I don't wish to have GPS turned on, but "no GPS, no COP Services app". Why is GPS necessary for this app? Please consider revising app.

A prompt asking to turn on GPS would be better than exiting the program with a measage. Otherwise, pretty good app!
