I really love this app, but if you travel on weekends, don't pay for live services. Happened again, today. 200 miles down I95, and live services failed to connect. Usually works weekdays, but I rarely use it. There is no ability to connect to customer services when it doesn't work. Seems like they all go home and just leave it running till it crashes.

I installed TomTom and downloaded the entire US map. I don't use it much since I usually driving in home town. The few times I did need it, I found out that there is an updated map, and it wont allow me to use the navigation until I downloaded it. It a 2gb update, so I have to wait over 2 hours because their servers are so slow. There should be an option to download later and allow me to use the

I was out in the wood there is no signal, try to use it to find way home, it said I need to connect to the internet to verify license. Like the title said "CAN'T USE IT WHEN YOU NEED TO USE" Don't buy this app, just use your Google map. This app is NOT totally OFF LINE MAP. Because will be force to go online to use it.

I bought this app because I needed an offline GPS program for when I dont have cell signal when camping or on my tablet with GPS. Because of their completely over zealous license check (every time you start the app), i have not once EVER been able to use this on my tablet when out of the house (away from internet), or on my phone when there is no cell phone signal. Which COMPLETELY removes any poi

Can't be beat for when theres no data connection. The display of traffic bar is the best. Google is starting to catch up on accurate traffic and eta calcs. I wish it had better and faster selection of nearby stuff. Googles still the king of that.

Its been around for a long time, time for them to spend a little money and do some updating. They don't mind taking the money. I bet they don't use the app themselves and it shows!!!!

    1) zooming in and out is terribly slow. It's as slow as a gps device! I thought it would be like Sygic because they use the same maps and I figured the processing speed of my phone would make it fast. Nope! Tomtom's app is just programmed poorly! 2) it froze and there was no way to quit the app. (swiping the app out through task manager does nothing so I rebooted). 3) You need Internet access wh

I had a tom tom years ago and work well but battery aged or out. Now I have an interface I am familiar with and works on android device. Don't have to always have a cell connection either which is nice.

I have no problem installing or using TomTom on my Nexus 5 phone and my Nexus 7 tablet (old version), both running Android Lollipop. It works fairly well, but seems to lag a bit when giving directions as compared to the actual TomTom GPS unit. A few features I'd like to see: 1) No way to quickly exit except by hitting the back button on the main screen. 2) Does not accept addresses in their mo
