Broadcast your course and fine gps location coordinates in the event that you are the victim of a FEMA declared natural disaster. Additional functionality requirements are the availability of mobile and/or gps networks and/or satellites. Distress lists are then distributed to local and/or federal authorities as an aid in finding your location or at the very least your distress signal.
