This is an adequate and well-presented weather widget, with a handful of nice options to customize it. It has been created by Mobilityflow Arts, a developer who has specialized in this only app and its add-ons.
The first thing that catches our eye is the introductory animation and the spectacular user interface. It can slow down certain old Android devices, but it's pleasing to the eye. The strongest points of this app are its animated daily weather forecast and its range of locations worldwide available. Moreover, there's a wide range of customizable settings to adjust its appearance to fit in our desktop. About its accuracy, that's another story. However, there aren't too many weather apps that can brag about it.
In short, an excellent app from an aesthetic point of view, but where its use is concerned, i.e., identify and predict the weather, its competitors are well ahead. This paid version is ad-free, of course.

I absolutely love this app; custom background live wallpaper is the shizznit. It's not the most reliable in terms of accuracy, but I expect that'll change with the local source implementation.

This looked promising. I wanted a wallpaper that shows the temp. This does: at least it shows someone's temp. Its off by 5 - 15 degrees most of the time. I quit using it.
