Always updating. Always freezing up. Failure to show map. Doesn't work with or without wifi. Just grows in size to eat your memory. JUNK!!!

I rate this app a 5. Its great to have this app. It provides me with alerts so quickly and the map is awesome I can see the movement over the area affected..

I love this app however I can't use it. Won't let me move 2 sd card and phone doesn't have enough memory :(
