    So far it's a an accurate radar app. The UI is simple enough for even a noobie to understand. While notifications aren't necessary, a couple additions would place this radar arguably at the top. First, a location icon indicating exact location if using GPS. Second, if there was a severe warned county it would be awesome to see said county outlined.     Nice radar but it's 10 minutes behind and I need up to the minute. I don't know if it's a problem with the radar or the app.
