I installed the update and now it says "failed to download geo overlay layer" and no radar comes up... plz fix as I use this app regularly

This local weather app has great radar and many options on customizing what features are viewed on the map. Infact when it comes to other big brand weather apps, this one trumps easily. There is one annoying issue that has become a grave hinderence. The
