Steven Spielberg enchanted us all in 2011 with his film about the adventures of Tintin (duly titled "The Adventures of Tintin"). Gameloft accepted the challenge and created this little masterpiece for mobile devices, acclaimed by both critics and public.
In fact, this game is what we like to call an "adventure game". In some stages you have to pass through guards by stalking and hiding, in others there are puzzles to be solved, and to make it all even more varied, you have to pilot a plane, engage in swashbuckling fights against foes and ride a camel in a camel race. It's like a long collection of minigames beautifully plaited that altogether make an enjoyable story.
This game can be enjoyed by children and pirates alike, though parents and journalists will like it as well, let alone Tintin fans who can be really proud about how Gameloft has treated this legendary Belgian character.
There isn't any trial or lite version and the $7 price tag may look quite expensive, but the outstanding technical performance plus the awesome mise-en-scene make of it a worthy investment. It looks even greater on tablets.
