Alert terrorist is a simple action game, in the line of Operation Wolf or Time Crisis. You have to tap on your enemies to shoot them down and you can change your weapons by an icon at the bottom left. At the end of every stage you'll be awarded with some loose change to purchase new weapons or upgrade those you already have. In case an enemy shows just in front of you, you'll have to swipe him to represent you repel him with your commando knife. You have to be very careful wasting ammo, because if you run out you'll have to wait up to ten minutes.
At the start of the game and every some stages you can enjoy a few vignettes to advance the plot thread (nothis serious, you are betrayed by a red-eyed friend within the first five minutes of play.
What it seems a fun and nice game has some drawbacks, though. Touch response is awful, not all texts are translated to English and gameplay is sometimes as chaotic as histrionic. Cartoonish graphics do quite a disservice and sound is somewhat canned. In the end, you know how this works: it's free to test. If you like it, you can pay to remove the ads and get some in-game currency by the way. Although perhaps it'd be better if you have a look at other games from this same developer, as this seems to be not their best effort.
