Who hasn't piled up wooden blocks to make a tower as a child? And who didn't pull the carpet off while crying "earthquake!"?
Well, this game is the same without "earthquakes", so to speak. You have to pile color blocks till your home Babel tower falls, with the additional feature that when two blocks match in color, if they are perfectly placed one above the other they join to create a single and steadier block. You can make use of in-app purchases to buy foundations and reach higher records, though this game is divided by levels.
We would have liked that collapses were more spectacular and that if you ever give up it'd be like a demolition or something. Likewise, even though it's a fun casual game, sometimes you have the feeling that it's better to throw pieces fast rather than try to accurate.
There are two versions of this game, both released by Academ media: Ancient Tower Blocks and Tower Blocks: they come to be same game but set on different themes.
