Death Drop

Death Drop's review

A ragdoll physics game

  • Overall, nothing remarkable
  • Not children -or nearly anyone- friendly
  • Flagrant glitches and 3D errors

Death Drop, aside of aspiring to the most-bizarre game this decade award, is a game about jumping from a plane and, literally, crush into the ground, allegedly at a bullseye, if that's not asking too much. Once the character is on air you can control him by tilting the phone in order to hit your goal.

Once you hit the ground, your character is squished and one and a half gallon of blood is splattered all over the ground. We don't understand why there isn't a parachute option or whatever. Yes, it's only a game, but that's unnecessary by far. In addition, physics are odd and how the game passes its verdict -most likely "you failed" even when it was obvious you didn't- is quite annoying.

In conclusion, a two out of five for a game that borders too close to bad taste and needs still a lot of further development to be playable at all.
