Age of Empire brings you back to the European Middle Ages when knight, swords, kings and castles ruled the world. You take control of a Kingdom that needs both to be protected and to expand through the land until becoming a real Empire.
Thus, you will have to build your own facilities (barracks, arena, warehouses...) as well as repel attacks from enemies. Secure the zone, improve your skills, collect resources and command your units in the battlefield. Diplomacy and war, two elements you'll have to use properly.
Age of Empire is set in cool 3D graphics, similar to other classics of this genre. Controls are intuitive: just tap to launch any of the management sections or to upgrade buildings. Actually, upgrading is a must in Age of Empire, otherwise you won't be able to resist other players attack. Remember that you're playing with and against lots of real players from around the world looking for supremacy (there's a built-in chat system).
