and not even fairly. Its always some level 28 (i'm level 16) with apocalypse tanks or w/e.. Update to 1 star; Suddenly my resource buildings dont creatre resources unless the app is open.

How can i play it all over again? From tutorial mode? I tried deleting and re installing but i start from where i deleted it.. i would like to start from the beginning once more pls help.. thanks..
