- Awesome retro design
- Great 8-bit soundtrack in the mini-games
- Actually a calculator
- Very limited calculator functions
- Not actually an RPG
Basic calculator combined with 8-bit RPG graphics
Sometimes, you need to calculate. Other times, you need to play 8-bit RPGs. What if you could do both? Two birds, one stone? It's dangerous to go alone: take URARA-WORKS Co., Ltd's Calculator Quest.
It's the most basic of calculators, including only the four main arithmetic functions. However! Every number you punch in is accompanied by a slick little 8-bit enemy below. They don't hail from any specific game, but would fit perfectly in Dragon Warrior or an early Final Fantasy, and definitely smack the nostalgia button on the nose.
The pair of ultra-simplistic games included with the calculator involve typing quickly and doing simple sums in your head. Pointless - if not for the kickin' 8-bit soundtrack. Watch your pixelated hero scuttle across the screen swiping away the baddies as you calculate 8 4!
There are better calculator apps, there are better RPG apps, but the hybrid genre has little competition. URARA-WORKS Co., Ltd's Calculator Quest is sweet.
Includes bonus quick-typing game and math game!
※Rest assured, this app also works as a calculator.
★Use for regular calculator operations! Calc mode!
★Type the numbers and symbols as fast as you can! Quickdraw Colosseum!
★Try your hand at the “mental arithmetic” time attack mode in Mental Math Kingdom!

- Fixed bugs.
I like it, its really cute
I was adding up some change and it gave me the wrong answer several times. But good idea.
This would be the coolest thing on earth, but it forgets to add the dot sometimes, for example: if i put in 36 x 0.6 the answere is 21.6 but it shows 216, without the dot. If you fix this i would use and love this forever.
It feels like an old school rpg but without the story. Fun to pick up and play regardless
I Love the 32 bit style
I love the calculator and the minigames, I wouldn't mind also seeing a scientific calculator mode for this also
