This demo only supports map E1M5 from Doom shareware (with all weapons), with no save/load games, and contains an Ad banner.
The purpose of this demo is to let you check the many controls schemes available (touch interface with multiple options, support of hardware devices (keyboard, gamepad), Xperia Play gamepad) and check the graphics improvements, so you can buy the full port knowing what to expect from it.

DoomGLES is the classic Doom ported to OpenGLES.
You are a space marine who fights hordes of Demons on Mars bases, Earth and Hell !
It supports:
- High resolutions (on tablets or highend phones)
- Realtime dynamic lighting
- Particles effects
- 3D Monsters and objects (MD2)
- Blood projections
- Realistic water effect
- Optimized for MOGA Controllers
- Xperia Play gamepad buttons (touchpads not supported yet, probably later)
- Keyboard support (USB, bluetooth, embedded)
- Gamepads support (analog sticks support on Android >= 3.1)
- Buttons mapping (Xperia Play / USB GamePads / Keyboard)
All official iwads are supported by DoomGLES. But only the shareware datas are provided. You need to own commercial iwads (Ultimate Doom, Doom 2, TNT and Plutonia) and copy them to your sdcard to play them.
!!! FULL GAME IWADS ARE NOT PRESENT IN DOOMGLES !!!
DoomGLES supports also thousand of pwads (levels) made by the community.

Works great on my Nexus 7 with Xbox360 w/less controller. There are 2 exceptions though; - There is no way to invert the up/down view when using dual sticks. - There is no way to change the button mappings (I'd like to use the triggers to fire) Other tha

Stuck on the start menu with all the stuff like new game icons and can't actually play so only a 1 star.

Just wish I had my original game discs for the full game, if I can find a legit source for the full wad files, I'll buy and think it's a great deal! All the negative reviews stem from people not reading the description.

everytime I try to play the game when I setup the settings it just doesn't work, fix it please.
