Manage your own fantasy city
It's been a while since Kairosoft shook Market with Dev's Story, and before awarding them anything for the quality of their games they would deserve a prize for keeping themselves so loyal to their style, to the point that much cheaper games seem expensive and Kairo can launch $5 8bit games anytime they want and people line in front of their shop. Kairo represents a model of success most unlikely to be repeated elsewhere, but worthy of study nonetheless.
This complete version allows endless playing and two save slots, though you can have a small foretaste (two in-game years long) of what's it and how it works installing the lite version beforehand.
In Dungeon Village you won't enjoy horse racing, nor massive ninja battles or giant robots, you'll create the perfect crossroad village with the Last Inn in it, perfectly surrounded by monsters so adventurers from everywhere come to spend their money in gear and level up. The better your village, the most powerful adventurers will lure to it and therefore more powerful monsters will stick their nose down the walls.
The enterprising warriors that stop by your blossoming burg will defeat monsters and earn you money. Conquering dungeons and clearing out hordes of monsters will bag you loot to stock your shops. And if your hamlet flourishes, adventurers will want to set up house and settle down!
Build training facilities like Combat Schools and Magic Labs to hone your heroic denizens' skills and boost your village's Popularity. The more faces that flock to your cause, the bigger the baddies you can beat!
An all-new "Cauldron" feature also allows you to test your alchemic expertise. Toss items obtained from quests or shops into the Cauldron and your armory might receive a rare addition.
No dungeon is too deep! Make your village the crown estate of this bold RPG narrative!

I just wish you could control one of the characters.
There are times when I'll load up with twice as many adventures as I need to ensure a quick victory but because they show up to the field in a staggered fashion the enemy will kill them one by one and then never let more than one revive at once leaving yo

Manage a town and the adventurers that live there. Fairly entertaining and not a microtransaction game!
This is my favorite game! The best!
It's pretty awesome. You just need to make it so that you can change their jobs anytime you want. Not just after they mastered it. I don't want lance alot to be a carpenter forever!
