Hero Mages is a turn-based tactical strategy fantasy game that combines the fun of role playing games (RPGs) with competitive and cooperative cross-platform multiplayer gameplay. Designed and developed by a single individual driven to share his passion for gaming with the world, Hero Mages also blends the best elements of tabletop miniature and collectible card games.
***GAME PLAY***
Hero Mages is played from a top-down perspective allowing the player full visibility over the battlefield. Each player commands a party of three fantasy heroes, including a powerful mage. Equipped with a set of dice and a hand of cards representing magical spells, players take turns commanding their party of heroes. With the power to unleash the wrath of the elements, summon heinous creatures, and manipulate the world itself, the player's mage is their ultimate hero as they leverage skill, politics, and luck to eliminate their enemies and emerge victorious!

Hero Mages Silver is a FREE app that includes the tutorial campaign and multiplayer. For $2.99, Gold edition adds two offline single player skirmish modes:
>Quick Battle – Pits the player in a randomly generated battle against computer.
>Custom Battle – Allows you to create custom battle scenarios against computer
***EXPANDABLE CONTENT***
Hero Mages can be expanded with In-App purchases. Expansion content is tied to your multiplayer account so you can use it on all of your devices (including your PC) without having to repurchase. Expansion characters will work in single player once you've logged into your multiplayer account for the first time. The map editor and custom levels can currently only be used in multiplayer.

Gameplay excellent. Support excellent. Community is great but too small, so join in! To those complaining about expansion content.. You're not obliged to buy it. You can fully enjoy the game and compete in the leaderboards using only FREE version and bas

Seems cool at first but quickly loses its luster for several reasons. Game gets boring after 20 plays, game glitches sometimes, and the address are way too pricy.

I bought this game and also its expansion packs, but I did not get the new heroes in my inventory. I sent them email and post it in their forum, but haven't got any reply. Very disappointing.

The game is good. good mechanics solid and crash free. Ross does well with getting back to you. Even if he is having a baby.
