Original tower defense game
Editor's note: this is the European version of Plants vs Zombies for Android. If you were looking for the international version, look here.
It had to happen: there's been a zombie apocalypse and those stinky brainless undead are trying to overrun your perfectly mowed lawn.
It'd be rude to say that Plants vs Zombies is just a tower defense game because not only it brought a very much needed fresh air to the genre, but also it was -and it still is- one of the best games to be initiated to tower defense games. Mechanics are just as expected, you place your towers -overgrown plants in this case- along the board and let them to fend off your territory. Your plants spit seeds and attack zombies with any unnatural methods they have, so things get quite crazy pretty fast. Fortunately, this game tries not to be a botanical app. It wouldn't work as a zombie survival guide, either.
Perhaps the best feature of Plants and Zombies is that there's game for a long, long while. First off, because it's quite challenging to survive to the fifty included levels; secondly, because you'll need some resource management skill to admin your seeds and times and destroy the array of incoming zombies, each one with his own special attack. Meanwhile, collect coins, power-ups and achievements.
The only flaw is the obvious lack of a lite or trial version so you can't give it a go beforehand. However, we must recommend this game to anyone willing to enjoy a great tower defense game, no matter if you were already into it or not.
One of the top tower-defense action games ever, Plants vs. Zombies™ features zombies with their own special skills, so you'll need to think fast and plant faster to have a successful strategy and combat them all. But be careful how you use your limited supply of greens and seeds — as you dash to battle the fun-dead, obstacles like a setting sun, creeping fog and a swimming pool add to the challenge.
Plants vs. Zombies is a favorite for all ages, from those who grew up with classic arcade action games to kids. The fun never dies!

1st best game on my tablet
Great game gets challenging at the back garden Awsome
Is not compatible with my HTC Sensation.. please fix. I love this game!
Used to have this on my phone years ago and it worked no problem, now it just keeps on crashing so im giving it 1 star
Why is this not compatible with my xperia ZQ...? Considering that it IS compatible with my old xperia U (much, much inferior device) and even my gingerbread galaxy tab (the first galaxy tab from 2~3 years ago) and that the humble bundle version works like
Used to work fine until a big patch a few months ago but never since then(Sony Xperia). They didn't bother fixing it, probably to force everyone to get the PvZ2.
