Ray once was a good member of the community and worked as police officer.Bad timings and some bad judgement calls caused him to be unemployed.Also these economical times aren't helping for him. At the moment Ray fills his daily tasks with drinking & standing up for him self against drunk and cruel people, basicly, he's just hanging around.
