Rayman is an old good friend. It burst into scene in 1995 for 16-bit multiplatform. As it couldn't be other way, it has been optimized to be run on mobile devices. Rayman Jungle Run is the outcome of that effort made by Ubisoft and its partners.
Rayman is an old-style platformer: main character runs through wild-nature environments and your goal is to collect all items on the level and try to reach the end as fast as possible. The game is divided in four categories, depending on the action that Rayman has to perform: jump, fly, wall run or punch. Tapping the screen will make Rayman perform just one action. Thus, there are jump-levels, fly-levels, etc.
Since its first launch in 16-bit, graphics has been really enhanced. This mobile version is set in 3D graphics with stunning animations and effects. Despite of that, the game runs smoothly even on medium-end devices (SGS I9000). As I said, the game has been adapted to touchscreen controls: auto-run and tapping to perform a single action.
The essence of Rayman remains in this title. Fans of the saga will have a blast playing it. Newbies have a good chance to meet a entertaining game backed by previous success.

When I originally bought this game it was perfect it had no lag or anything that was wrong with it. However since an update months ago it hasn't been the same the game plays at half normal speed for me I stopped playing for months to see if they had fixed
