Super Penguin is an adventure 3D runner

Let's make this clear: Super Penguins is a 3D runner game which gameplay reminds Temple Run. However, its theme is different and it comes with some added-value features that make the difference.Let's focus on them.

First off, main characters are Artic penguins whose mission is to save their friends from evil octopuses. In order to achieve it, they'll have to run, avoid obstacles catch golden fishes (in-app currency) and grab power-ups when freeing kidnapped penguins.

You can choose among five different penguin characters. One of them is free, other can be unlocked by liking SuperSolid Facebook page, and the others will be unlocked once you earn enough golden fish. Beside charactes, you can also unlock up to 30 achievements and lots of power-ups.

Controls are similar to other 3D runners: tilt controls to move right/left and tap to jump. Easy to get the hang of it, not to master it. 3D graphics are cute, bit childish though. Its scenery reminds us Mario Kart, that's it, kids-friendly graphics but playable for all audiences. The only catch is that there's some lag on medium-end devices.

Despite of these catches, Super Penguins is a well-crafted and highly playable game.
