The game concept remains the same as many other Guitar Hero- like games: you have to tap the screen to the beat of the music. Get the taps right consecutively and you can win combo bonus and score multipliers. When you first download the game, there are only three good tracks to choose from, but more songs can be added to your ‘playlist’. Both the free and paid tracks are of a high quality.
Not all songs downloaded are well known, so it could be a chance to discover new bands. The graphics are kind of 'flashy' and the music has a great sound quality. You can set the difficulty level from easy to hard, but take my advice: "easy" is challenging enough if you don't have a big screen (it's awesome to play TapTap4 in a tablet) or fast fingers.
There’s also a TapTap community where you can vote for the songs you prefer, upload your score and chat with other players. New tracks are added more or less every week and songs already downloaded can also be played offline.
TapTap Revenge 4 is an absolute hit, developed to rock. If you’ve never played this kind of game before, then TTR4 is the best place to start. If you’ve already worn your fingernails down by tapping and battling against the screen, then it's a must-have in your collection.
