Control your airplane and try to aim to shoot the enemies
Winds of Steel is an Android arcade game where you get to experience the WWII air battles directly on your Android device. Your goal is to take command of 12 Pacific fighters and bombers and try to bring the enemies down by shooting at them.
There are three difficulty levels available: rookie, normal and ace. There are two game modes: Campaign and Instant action and you can choose to play in different sceneries: Tokyo, Guadalcanal, Modway, Coral Sea and some more. The controls are not that easy to play with, you need to tilt your phone to move the plane and tap on the right button to fire and shoot the enemies, but it's quite hard to aim correctly.
The graphics are good and it's easy to learn how to play, but as we previously said, it's quite hard to control the plane and it ends up being pretty frustrating. Winds of Steel Demo was developed by DeckEleven Entertainment, creator of the paid version and a photo editor for Android. If you like shooting and airplane games you might enjoy this WWII inspired battle.
Experience World War II's most epic and legendary air battles in Asia and Pacific theaters on your Android mobile phone.
From the attack on Pearl Harbor, and all the way to the bombing of Tokyo, take command of 12 famous Pacific fighters and bombers in a challenging 3D game.
To celebrate the release of Paris Must Be Destroyed, we have completely rework the texture system of Winds of Steel.
The game now supports mipmapping and higher res textures.
We have also fixed a g-sensor issue on some devices.
Additional fix for devices without magnetic sensor

...a bit repetitive
ive been a pc flight sim fan for ages, headtracking etc and all the latest titles, but this is very enjoyable. The only way to improve over time might be landing or more planes, but that is no criticisim. Looking forward to further developments!
PNF and Sky Gamblers are way more detail oriented. Awesome concept though. Love the WWII flyer/fighter thing.
