Good game but cldnt get thru level 11 coz safe wldnt open no matter how slow I turned the dial. Error messages constantly

Stuck on first level.. Idk wat to do,I found the screw driver,unscrewed the thing, put the right colors on the other side.. But nothing happening.. Somebody help !!!!!
