It's a poor design when you allow the CPU to roll four straight double sixes followed by a double 2 and another double six; the odds are 10million to1.

It has a decent, but not great AI. I won the first 12 matches (7 point matches). It doesn't take board position into account when accepting doubles. It gets backgammoned when it could've been just gammoned. It bears pieces off poorly.

Just installed update. Thanks for fixing screen rotation. This backgammon version does not cheat. After 3369 doubles rolled by me, the CPU has 11 less. Over time it fluctuates but if you keep building stats its quite apparent the game doesn't cheat. I rolled 150 games in real-dice mode and it was comparable. Level 4 currently - i surpassed the CPU in points (finally) a few weeks ago and now pul

The app is good. Only complaint so far, is on the initial roll for who goes first, droid has win 9 straight times. Oh the odds of that LOL...Having played this game a few times, I continue to see the obvious manipulations of game play. I play level 5, as I'm a backgammon zealot. The doubles are not consistent as to they're fairness. When Im in a perfect spot to trap the computer, doubles come up t

Worth the download

This company knows what they are doing with their graphics! Unfortunately once you get good at backgammon even their toughest computer opponent is a pushover. The worst part is the computer's end game. But it's still fun to try and beat the computer when you are not getting the rolls.
