Checkers

Dama is a Checkers game, also known as draughts, straight checkers or damka, and is a form of draughts board game.

Unlike international draughts, it is played on an 8 by 8 squared board with 12 pieces on each side. The pieces (buttons) move and capture diagonally. They may only move forward until they reach the opposite end of the board when they become king (crowned) and may henceforth move and capture both backward and forward.

Your buttons are green, and the phone, your opponent has a black ones. You take turns moving your pieces. The pieces can only be moved diagonally from one square to another. When a player jumps over their opponent's piece, that piece is removed from the board.
Kings - If a player's piece moves into the kings row on the opposing player's side of the board, that piece is said to be crowned (or often kinged), becoming a king. King can diagonally move in any direction, when ordinary pieces can only move forward.

The game goal is to take all the pieces of your opponent.
