"Do You Like To Play Mind Games?"

Reviewed by / Apr 10, 2015

A plethora of mind games to stimulate your neurons.

THE VERDICT

Mind Games has a lot to offer. If you're looking for a wide variety of games to fire up your cranium, this app's got more than a few. While it's not lacking in its imperfections, Mind Games does a reasonable job keeping your brain tingling.

THE PROS

There's a myriad of brain games here, from abstraction to spatial memory to verbal concepts. There's a global top scores list so you can track your progress against others'. The game also provides you with understandable measurements so you know where your doing great and where you need more practice.

THE CONS

There are some grammatical errors within the game, which is odd for a game that has vocabulary puzzles. The game also froze once and needed to be completely rebooted to return it to full functionality. They could dial back on the ads a little bit as well.

Developer's original description available here
Exercise Your Brain! Mind Games is a great collection of games based in part on principles of cognitive psychology to help you practice different mental skills. The perfect game to help you try to fight the effects of aging on your brain, or try to improve your cognitive skills at any age. This app includes nearly 3 dozen of Mindware’s brain training games (some of which allow you to play 3 times and require upgrading to play more). All games include your score history, a global top scores list, and graph of your progress. The main app shows a summary of your best games and today’s scores on all games. Using some principles of standardized testing, your scores are also converted to a standardized scale so that you can see where you need work and excel.

The answer was ÷. Not sure how they came to that conclusion. In math operations there were several other errors in the math equations. Pretty much every answer that was division was wrong. Fix that and it's 5 stars.
