I like this game but for some reason out of nowhere my sound stopped working and I don't see an option menu to fix it

Game was awesome till this new ad showed up on the bottom, now cookies don't drop when ya want them to and it takes forever to load! Boo! Maybe fix this & I can change it back to a 5 star game :)
