Thus, Cafeteria Nipponica allows you to create and manage your own bistro from its early beginning: start placing tables, serving daily menus, hiring waiters and waitress... and expand your business.
Despite the name of this game, you can choose among different starting set menus: Japanese, Chinese, Western or Snacks. You can choose the dishes you want to serve to your clients, find ingredients and research recipes using your research points. Besides the chef options, you're running a business so you'll have to hire and fire employees, upgrade their skills by training them as well as set management plans to make your popularity grow.
