Manage your own video game company

There are several management games to download. How to choose among a farm, a restaurant or a game developer company?

If you didn't doubt your response, here's Game Dev Story. It's really a nice game. You have to take care of hiring your programmers, graphic designers and sound technicians in order to create a videogame able to sell one million copies. It doesn't sound easy and in fact, it isn't. You should set your project accurately, select a platform and decide how to advertise your game. You can also hire hackers or purchase special items to boost your employees performance. Don't forget to coach them to avoid burn-out and the stresses and strains of full-time work.

The game's 8-bit isometric art style, just to bring you back to old NES times. The user interface is pretty intuitive, although there are a lot of options to master. An emoticon system shows the characters' mood, so you'll progress a lot if you're paying attention to their attitude.

The complete version allow to play for twenty in-game years, from 8bit to 3D Consoles. If you want to check it out first, there's a demo version. Anyway, Game Dev Story is one of the most addictive management game we've ever found.

Everything is great, just one minor problem that the fast mode doesn't work for some reason. It is selected and I've tried everything. If there's something I'm doing wrong please let me know! - Samsung Galaxy Nexus

Pretty good and addictive for the price. Agree combinations in game give random success. Also after 20 years stops recording high scores to encourage re-roll which is a bit poor. Please update to add a bit of length to flesh out

I love this game. I've put in multiple hours and still not bored. If you are a big video game fan then give this a go. If you aren't sure download the lite version which is a demo.
