Darlin' it's better, down where it's wetter. Happy Fish lets you take a dip into your very own fish tank, which you can fill choosing from more than 150 varieties of cutesy fish.
A combination of coins and "fish bucks" give you access to the food you'll need to keep your underwater friends happy. Feed them diligently and they'll steadily produce goodies for your stash, including XP and cool gems to add to your collection. Different combinations of gems and crowns, which you unlock through completing various management goals, unlock all new wild species to guild the lily of your blossoming fish tank.
If you can get your friends playing Happy Fish, you'll be able to visit their tanks and feed their little swimmers as well, netting them bonus treasures (and hopefully they'll do the same for you in return!). The app is free to download and play, but if the slow accumulation of wealth through gameplay isn't quick enough to net you the species you desire, there's always the option of an in-app purchase of further fish bucks.
Like any collection/management game, Happy Fish is on the repetitive side, but that kind of undemanding, reliable interaction definitely has its appeal. The graphics are smooth, and the fish are genuinely cute.
HappyElements' Happy Fish is a great choice for anyone into the idea of collecting and caring for a menagerie of underwater critters.
