Why doesn't it open? I, mean when I open the app, it loads and then it needs to be Forced Close or Report

What's the point of marketing this as a free game if you have to pay for all the ingredient packs? It would be better if there was some kind of points system so people can eventually gain the ingredients without having to pay for them. I was expecting so
