Little Oileys have been trapped inside glasses and spread through floating platforms. Captain Oil is here to rescue all of them from its space ship and thanks to a glass-breaking ball. Help him to keep the goo's flow.
Thus, gameplay is quite simple. You steer Captain Oil's spaceship which only can be moved left or right. Hanging from the spaceships there's your main weapon: a glass-breaking ball constantly swinging. You have to aim, calculate trajectory and tap any point in the screen to launch the ball. It has to break glasses to free as many oileys as possible at once. Obviously, the goal is to free them all before running out of balls. If you get stuck in a level, you can call Super Ninjas to clear the level with their special powers. You'll earn super ninjas as you advance through levels, depending on your performance, or you can purchase them with real money (in-app purchase system).
No complaints regarding amount of levels: 90 levels through 3 worlds and 20 achievements to unlock. Graphics aren't outstanding, good enough for a physics-based puzzle game. Actually, what really matters here are precisely physics, and the game is quite realistic at this point, once you understand the ball is a bouncy one.
Captain Oil ins't the most addictive game in the market, not a play-it-one-shot kind. It's one of those games to play at your own pace. In fact, background music is excellent and perfectly fits the relaxing mood required to play a puzzle game of this kind.
