Your device was delivered with the OS Android 2.1. This version of the OS contains some small bugs which among others also affect the ChessBase Online App.

- Upgrade the OS to version 2.2 or 2.3
- Delete the file „greatgames.pgn“ from the folder „ChessBase“ on your smart card. The ChessBase App will automatically create the file at program start again.

    It is true, the app freezes; uninstalled and reinstalled it again and it seems to be working ok for now but the internet signal must be very strong. The other thing is that the games are not annotated, therefore they should be players property. For these two reasons I believe that the app is overpriced.

    I'm getting the same problem as Peter Roozemond, I'm mainly interested in the Opening Explorer which now just sticks at loading. Worse, if I switch to the playchess app and swipe notation left there's no explorer there either. I've tried unistalling/reinstalling and no change. grrr Problem now solved - subscription expired - renewed works fine again. It would have been much simpler to have notifie

    Lots of bugs. Very slow. No offline database. Could be great if implemented properly.

    tiny buttons causing accidental board flips are annoying. what would be really cool is being able to connect to Fritz running as a server and be able to analyse blunder check etc remotely using the computers functions and resources. A Fritz Remote.

    Potentially great but too buggy. Opening explorer (the best feature in my opinion) has always had the habit of getting stuck at a move, only solution was to kill and restart the app. But now I switched to ART (nexus 5, 4.4.4) and the app does not even open anymore, shows loading screen and then quits immediately (so it will not work on Android 5 either). Is anyone at chessbase still working on thi
