Don't you wish that more games and apps were more "colourblind-friendly"? Unfortunately this accessibility issue is scarcely addressed by the mass software producers, so, as part of University assignment, I decided to create a colourblind-friendly version of the classic board game 'Mastermind'. This version features noticeably different coloured pegs featuring easy-to-identify symbols to aid serious colourblindness. The game also features a scoreboard, so you can keep track of the best games on your own device. Also included is a brief How-to guide to playing Mastermind.
So get that thinking cap on and be well on your way to becoming the Colourblind Mastermind!
- Colourblind-friendly peg colours
- Symbols to help differentiate pegs
- Landscape views
- Ice Cream Sandwich support
This app has been tested working on Android Froyo, Gingerbread and Ice Cream Sandwich.
As mentioned, this app is part of a University project and as such, may not be further developed or removed from the Android Market at any time without notice. I reserve this right to discontinue this software at any time.
