Connect the same colored elements and don't cross the lines

ConnecToo is a puzzle game for Android in which the objective is to connect every two elements that have the same color, keeping in mind that the lines can't cross each other, otherwise, you'll lose a life.

There are various types of games: tutorial, training, sprint, summer run and marathon. Choose your preferred one and try to get a high score every time, beating the more than 200 levels there are available.

halmi.sk is the developer of ConnecToo and its premium version for mobile devices. The game requires speed and quick thinking, as you only have a limited time to complete the level, which can be rather difficult sometimes.

Simple graphics and a simple game.

Developer's original description available here
Try this simple, fun, addicting fast thinking logic game. Connect color elements without crossing paths!

More than 260 levels, global leaderboards and Facebook integration!

ConnecToo is a game of logic, fast thinking and perception. Goal of game is to connect every two elements of same color. No problem, right? Well, the problem is, that lines you draw cannot cross each other, you are limited to grid and moreover you have time running fast. So act quick, or you'll loose all lives and soon the game will be over ;)

This game is also known as Arukone in some countries.

Gameplay is simple enough to pick up, but tricky to master; the correct approach to the various puzzles is unclear more often than not. Also, some of the levels seem right on impossible at first look, and this just exacerbates one of my biggest gripes with the game: not completing a level in time. If you fail to complete a level you’ve been staring at within the allowed time limit, you lose a life.

The short time limit, however, does add an interesting element of pressure which is undoubtedly essential for a game such as this; to be blunt, without the time limit, this game mechanic would be hugely boring after completing a handful of grids, but the tension caused by the ever ticking clock you have to race against lifts the whole concept out of the realms of tedium.

Overall, this is a commendable effort from an independent developer. There will be plenty of people out there who do like the challenge it offers.

A simple but ingenious concept makes me want to tear my hair out sometimes. Try taking a break or turning your phone if you get stuck.
