China's contributions to the arts and sciences are too many to name them all. But if Android developers had to choose just one, it sure would be the Mahjong. There are countless Mahjong applications on the market, but we've found this can be quite representative of all of them.
First at all: if you don't know how to play Mahjong, learn somewhere first. This app doesn't include any tutorial, neither does any other we know. Developers should take note, even when that isn't its biggest flaw: you can't neither zoom in nor zoom out pinching the screen. You have to use the appropriate icons found at the bottom.
Mahjong includes over 80 different layouts, some of them quite strange and rather difficult. There's no search bar, so you have to swipe them one by one until you arrive to the desired one. The good news are that each game allows three hints, three undos and three random shuffles just in case you get lost but you don't want to give the game up.
This free version has non intrusive ads. If you liked it, you should check the adfree and the 3d mahjong apps from the same developer.
