Halfway a game about solving puzzles with some hints of tactical thinking lies Solar Flux, a game that won't strike anyone by its graphics, which are close to vectorial, nor its storyline (inexistent). However, there are tens of levels to be enjoyed and understood, which may seem quite odd and it's by far harder to be written than played. In brief, it's a physics game, where you control your starship through gestures meaning directions rather than actual movement.
As aforementioned, graphics aren't to jump in joy, but they are adequate and don't distract from the main goal which isn't other than solving every puzzle about orbits.
It's a very original game with a witty premise, enjoyable by adults and children alike. It might take a little bit to get the hang of it at first, but once you learn how to make things happen the way you would like, you'll feel like solving your first sudoku.
As there are both a free and a paid version, there can't be no reason to give it a go.
