The paid version contains three different game modes and extra tracks (more than 30).
With MX Moto your goal is to ride your motorbike as fast as you can while performing flips so as to get bonus.
The controls are the following: lean forward and backward to move the motorbike, hold on the right side to accelerate and on the left side to brake. There are 6 tracks available to play on each mode.
You can activate the ghost and minimal, as well as choose the game mode between Normal, Bomb or Rally and they all work pretty well.
However, the ads are annoying and sometimes cover a part of the screen that you need to see, as in the game mode menu, for example. Apart from that, the app, created by Camel Games is entertaining, fun and quite a challenge sometimes

Have to hold phone upside down to tilt clockwise.

wont work offline
fix the licencing! If you try to play it offline it says it needs to connect to validate or what ever and that if you do it will work offline "for a number of days". Thats pretty lame in itself, but even after starting it with wifi on (i(67)

Very addicting game. Great for when you need to kill a few minutes or a few hours. Casual game that offers features for hardcore gamers alike.
