Reckless Racing is one of those games that seem facile and prosaic. Well, in fact it is, but what we really mean is that it's a really super•tricky•touchy game. Let me explain. This game's about driving a beat-up car using the phone's accelerometer. You know, try to do faster laps every time without falling on the lake or through the cliff.
The graphics are really very nice, and so is the music (a silly canned banjo song), but the best of all is its gameplay. The cars skids and slips at every curve so you have to drive very precisely. That's the most addictive factor, spending an hour or so to master the driving. But once you achieve it, it will be difficult to disengage you from your phone.
There are three difficulty settings. Beyond that, Reckless Racing doesn't lack any configuration option you should expect. The game features three single player game modes and a fully stocked online multiplayer versus-mode allowing you to face off against players from all over the world. No matter how fun outrunning the AI might be, nothing beats leaving human opposition behind in a cloud if dust and dirt.
The paid versions adds more cars, more levels and more fun. Once you get used of the Lite version, it's quite recommendable.
Polarbit is a developer specialized in funny and graphically advanced sport games. This game proves it.
